What is My Hotel?: We are a property management company. We are not a full service hotel, but we do aim to give our guests the best stay possible. This means there will not be cleanings of the room everyday, However if you wish to order extra cleaning or any other services, please do so at . Please note these properties are privately owned. If you are staying in a hotel, you will not be able to use the front desk. You will get the keys from our office and contact us regarding any issues during your stay.
What time is Check In: Check In is at 2:30 pm. If your room is available earlier you may be able to check in for an extra fee of $80. We need 24 hour notice to confirm if your room may be ready early.
What time is Check Out: Check Out is at 10:30 am. If you could like a late check out at noon there is an extra fee of $80. Please give us 24 hour notice to confirm late check out is available during your check out date.
Where do I get my key?: You can receive the keys one of three ways:
Our office in the CBD. You will get our exact address a week before check in.
If you are checking in after hours, you can get the keys at a locker, still in the CBD. Those instructions will also be sent a week before check in.
Lock box on property. Some houses outside of the CBD have lockboxes on site and you will receive that combination a week before check in.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?:
We may take up to 7 working days to process your refund. Once your refund is processed, your financial institution may take up to 14 days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to show the credit on your statement.
Where can I leave my luggage?: You can leave luggage in our office before check in and after check out. Our offices are open from 9-4 every day. If it is on weekend, please kindly let us know in advance
How do I get a hold of someone if I have an issue?: Please refer to our contact information at the bottom of this page, or on our contact tab.
How can I get a receipt?: Please submit a request via this form.
I had an issue during my stay and want a refund. How can I get one?: Please submit a request using this form.
When you book an apartment or house with My Hotel, you are agreeing to the below terms:
-Payment will be charged upon booking
-We may take up to 7 working days to process your refund. Once your refund is processed, your financial institution may take up to 14 days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to show the credit on your statement.
-Check-in is at 2:30 pm. Same day booking check-in is 4 pm.
-Early check-in is charged at $80, please check for availability.
-Check-out is at 10:30 am.
-Late check-out is charged at $80, please check for availability.
-All credit card transactions incur a 3.5% fee
-If you or anyone in your party loses a key, key fob, key card or garage remote, there will be an $80 fee to replace it. This is for the cost of the key and staff time to make another duplicate.
-No parties are allowed at any of our properties. If you disregard this requirement you may be evicted from the property and all costs incurred will be charged to you.
-Please aim to be quiet between 10 pm- 6 am
-We are not responsible for items left in our rentals, however, we will do our best to help locate and get the item back to you
-We reserve the right keep your credit card information until 14 days after your check out date, in case of any damages or room keys are not returned
-Booking one of our properties constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions as stated above
